YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL:
You have a legal right to cancel, should you change your mind. However you must notify us in writing, giving reasons for the cancellation, within 14 working days of receiving your order. Unwanted items must be unused, in their original packaging and returned to us at Madame Sandra, 6 Dignals Close, Rainham, Gillingham, Kent ME8 7NZ , United Kingdom at your own cost, by Recorded or Registered Delivery. Pay attention: Certain items are excluded from your right to cancel for hygiene reasons: - underwear or any items worn as underwear - lingerie which has been worn - sex Toys which have been removed from their original packaging Products may also be returned if there are obvious manufacturing faults or are not as advertised. Please contact us for advice. REFUND: If you do not require an exchange and where all conditions have been satisfied (i.e. you have returned your unwanted item unused and in its original packaging), we will refund you the full amount. |
