All orders received Monday to Friday between the hours of 09:00 and 16:00 will be shipped that day. If your order is placed after 16:00 or on a weekend or bank holiday, it will be shipped the next working day.

All orders are shipped in plain packaging. The name “Madame Sandra” will not be displayed anywhere on the packaging. No reference to the items contained in the parcel will be found on any of our outer packaging.
